your 11 year old obviously doesn't really know how to truly express yourself, does she? You can't make a list of how to do it, it's just being yourself. She has probably just heard that is was cool, at school, or something. Being emo, goth, mosher etc. is not something that you just follow, like high street fashion, it is a genre and style of its own.
