Beach Break Live

Beach Break Live Festival

When: June 9-11 (Monday to Wednesday)

Where: Polzeath, North Cornwall

What: This event is the only UK festival not to feature over a weekend which is lucky really as it's the only one to cater solely for the student populace. Following a successful trip to Dragon's Den, BBL launched last year. Thinking always of the needs of cash-strapped music obsessive students the tickets are relatively cheap for the three-day shindig without compromising on a killer line-up. And in true random student style you can enter 'Pimp my Sheep' (with real-life sheep) as well as the 'Toss A Weird Object' contest for no extra beer money.

Tickets: £79 for three-day ticket with camping (you can camp until Thursday). £30 deposit secures you a ticket. Coaches will be travelling from selected unis across the country and return ticket is £25 - 50. See the website for details.

You must be a student, and over 18, to buy a ticket with valid student ID.
