Where: Castle Fields, Southsea
What: A group of Portsmouth-based entrepreneurs have joined forces and managed to get permission from the Council to stage a four-day music festival on the south coast. It's being held in a festival tent which is expected to hold 8,000 music-loving visitors. Local and international rock and indie bands are due to be performing on the Thursday and Saturday, Friday night will be a dance night - with a lot of interest already from high profile acts - and the Sunday is being described as a family day.
