Every July since it started in 1991, Quart has set up camp in Kristiansand, in south Norway, a beautiful holiday resort for thousands of Norwegians. And when the music from the truly international line-up winds down the festival moves to the town for Klubb Quart - just a four-minute walk away - for some late-night debauchery.
