Sonar Festival

When: June 19-21

Where: Centre of Contemporary Culture and Museum of Contemporary Art, Barcelona.

The evening events take place at Fira Gran Via but buses take you from the day to the night venue.

What: Set in the heart of Barcelona there's loads going for this mainly electronica-based music festival and 80,000 visitors every year can't be wrong. Plus, this year Club NME gets involved in the Sonar action with its very own night at Razzmattaz. Club NME will be presenting some of the best new music, with live performances from Ladyhawke, Florence and the Machine, Kissy Sell Out as well as DJ sets from the Queens of Noize amongst others. The full line-up for Club NME at Razzmatazz is:

Razz Club: Heartbreak, Queens of Noize, Gato

Lo.Li.Ta: Ladyhawke, PANU, Kissy Sell Out, Luis Le Nuit

Pop Bar:Florence and the Machine, James Hyman, M-Popins

Tickets: €170 (£136) for a Special General Pass which includes access to all Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night events as well as the opening night concerts on 19th. €140 (£112) for a General Pass which includes access to all Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night events but not the opening party. Sónar by Day individual tickets cost €30 (£24) each day. Sónar by Night individual tickets cost €48 (£38) each night. You can also buy an opening night ticket for €40 (£32).
