You Talk

No-one could ever charge Doherty for playing his cards close to his chest, but a slurred line like, “Oh well, I never said it was clever/I just like getting leathered” rather gambles with the few remaining scraps of Babyshambles’ mystique (oh, come on, whether you love ‘Shotters Nation’ or not, there’s no denying that Doherty comes on more like an amusing vagrant than an Albion prince these days). Musically, ‘You Talk’ holds it together quite nicely: jangling, cutie-flavoured indie-pop with a surprising lightness of touch and some entertaining rattles of cowbell. Back from the brink once more, then.

You Talk is catchy as fuck. Better than Delivery because that sounds way too like The Kinks for me, still love it though. You Talk is probably the best tune on Shotters Nation but I think the next tune they bring out should be Unbilotitled, fucking quality.

Love It! It's one of those songs that you just have to hear at least ten times a day =] The lyrics are just so catchy and easy to dance to aswell! Good Job Pete!
